Using this site

By using credrev.com, you agree to these terms. The site is for general information and for requesting financing help. Please don't use it for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to send information that isn't yours.

No guarantee of financing

Information on this site, including the pages about credit, rates, terms and what we can finance, is general and may change. Completing a form, using our check-your-options tool or talking with us does not mean you are approved for financing. Every loan is subject to lender approval, and rates, amounts and terms depend on the lender and on your circumstances.

Soft credit checks and partners

Our check-your-options tool is provided by our partner AutoCorp (AskAVA), and the soft credit check is run with Equifax. Their terms also apply when you use their tool. You can read them on their website. A lender may run a full credit check only if you decide to apply for a specific loan.

Accuracy of what you give us

Please give us accurate information. If something changes, tell us. We rely on what you tell us when we look at your options and prepare applications.

Advice

Our team can explain options and help you prepare, but what we tell you is not legal, tax or investment advice. Please read the loan documents carefully before you sign, and ask questions about anything you don't understand.

Links and other websites

This site links to other websites, including lenders, partners and social media. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to CredRev Financial Services or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first. Lender names and logos appear only with the lender's permission.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, CredRev is not liable for losses that come from using this site, from the information on it, or from the websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
